Senior and Adult Karate Classes in Cardiff

For ages 11 upwards

Senior programs are taught at the Martyn Harris Karate Academy (a member of The Welsh Martial Arts Association).

Classes are available for ages 11 and over. Martyn teaches advanced Kaizenkan Karate and students will gain full governing body recognised grades and obtain the lifelong benefits that karate training can offer.
